Ernest ‘Ernie’ Wruck
Vice Chairman

Ernest ‘Ernie’ Wruck has been an Estate Attorney in the Patchogue area for nearly thirty years.  A graduate of East Carolina University and Valparaiso University School of Law, he currently practices in the Patchogue based firm of Wruck and Wallace, of which is he is a founding partner.  He remains an active member of both the Suffolk County and New York State Bar Associations.

Ernie has served as the Vice President of the Patchogue Chamber of Commerce and the Patchogue Business Improvement District, and was appointed to Senator Ken LaValle’s Eastport School District Committee in 1999.  In 2003, he was a member of the Southampton Citizen’s Advisory Committee, and later, was appointed to the Southampton Town’s Audit Review Committee.  He is now serving on the Southampton Town Board of Assessment Review.

An avid fisherman, Ernie has served as a past president to the local South Shore Marlin and Tuna Club and was seated on the Board of Directors for the New York Sport Fishing Federation.  He currently resides in Eastport with his wife Michelle and three children Kristanya, Alexander and Natalia.

Ann LaWall is the mother of three grown children and one grandchild. She is President of Ann LaWall & Co, a privately held consulting corporation in Southampton. She also owns Omnibuzz Building Permit List Service, a marketing tool for the construction industry.

Ann is the Executive Director of the Southampton Business Alliance and has just celebrated her 15th year in that position. Ann serves on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the 106 Air National Guard as well as on the advisory council for the Town of Southampton's Stony Brook College welcoming team.She also is serving on the newly formed Southampton Business Alliance Housing Initiative Corp., dedicated to building workforce housing in Southampton Town.

When she is not working, Ann enjoys time with her children, the beach, reading, politics,time with friends and traveling.

   
 

Chuck Seaman
Treasurer

Chuck Seaman brings years of experience in the seafood industry.  He began as a full time bayman on Shinnecock Bay, harvested scallops on Peconic Bay and eventually opened a wholesale seafood supply business, Clamola Seafood, which he operated for 20 years.  Chuck owned a commercial surf clam vessel for five years and sold those clams to a processing plant in Delaware.  Since 1995 he has held a commercial food fish permit.  All of these positions required permits by the Town Trustees and/or the DEC. 

He is a former member of the Southampton Town Bayman’s Association; a former member of the New York State Surf Clam Advisory Committee, appointed by Senator Ken Lavalle and  participated in a shellfish relay program transporting clams to certified clean waters under direct supervision of the DEC.  Chuck currently operates a small marina in Hampton Bays.

In addition to his bayman and seafood experience, he owned a Custom Home business and built several residential homes.  He recently spent eight years as a financial advisor with Prudential Securities and UBS Paine Webber.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Resource Economics. He has served on the East Quogue School Board, served as a founding member of the East Quogue Beautification Committee, and raise Guide Dogs as a Puppy Walker.

Chuck lives in Quogue with his wife, Marietta and they have two adult children.
