Jon Semlear, Secretary and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees, delicately balances the finances of the Board, as well as the coastal resources in his area. A respected Bayman, Jon still works the waters that he also helps to protect, giving him an essential insight into the changes and effects of Southampton's unique coast. Jon has been lending his knowledge to better enable other Baymen and locals alike enjoy more shellfish, and cleaner water.
